Pennon Group Plc has announced that Neil Cooper, current Senior Independent Director, will be stepping down from the Board, having served nine years with the Company and Iain Evans, Non-Executive Director, will succeed Neil as Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 September 2023.

I am also delighted that Iain will be succeeding Neil as Senior Independent Director. Iain brings considerable experience in the water business and is well equipped for this new role.”
