Everflow achieves strong 2024 revenue growth and drives EBITDA up 572%

Everflow, a leading multi-utility provider for UK businesses, drove double figure revenue growth in 2024 and saw the business further diversify its service offering by entering the telecommunications market. Revenues increased by 21% to over £186 million while its EBITDA surged 572% from 2023 to £5 million.

The company said its customer base swelled 16%, up from 94,431 in 2024 to 110,411 in 2025 and maintained healthy customer retention rates of approximately 98%.

Everflow continued to gain market share in the sector, overtaking two incumbent suppliers for the first time to become the 5th largest water supplier.

Following the launch of Everflow’s Refuse services and with the aim of simplifying utilities for SMEs by bringing services under one roof, Everflow introduced its Connectivity services in the year, with a suite of broadband and phone products that can be tailored to business’ needs.

Everflow’s performance sits against a backdrop of increasing financial pressures for SMEs, with employers’ national insurance contributions rising, alongside higher minimum wages and a cost-of-living crisis.

Craig Dallison, CEO, Everflow said:

“Everflow launched with the ambition of making utilities simpler for businesses, challenging the status quo with a customer-centric service that offers greater transparency and competition. Our growth and customer retention rates are testament to the support and innovative solutions we offer businesses that set us apart from other providers.   As we scale and expand our offering, proprietary technology will become increasingly core to improving the responsiveness of our services, to continue saving businesses time and money.“

Everflow confirmed it has appointed Paul Lucherini to the role of Chief Commercial Officer. Paul will be responsible for driving long-term sustainable growth with a focus on enhancing Everflow’s strategic direction, optimising existing products, and expanding into new markets.

Dallison comments: “We are excited to welcome Paul to Everflow as the business continues to evolve. His background in scaling businesses, optimising go-to-market strategies and mergers and acquisitions positions him well for Everflow’s next phase of expansion. This appointment reinforces Everflow’s commitment to innovation and market leadership in the utilities sector.”

Paul has held senior leadership roles in high-growth startups and large enterprises, with experience in driving revenue growth, scaling businesses, and delivering strategic transformations across SaaS, eCommerce, technology, and infrastructure sectors.

Paul Lucherini comments: “Everflow has an exciting vision for sustainable utilities, and I’m thrilled to join the team at such a pivotal time. I look forward to driving commercial success and building on Everflow’s momentum in the industry.”
