Wolseley Infrastructure acquires Bluebay Building Products Ltd

Wolseley Infrastructure has announced it has acquired Bluebay Building Products Ltd, a move which is set to significantly increase the company’s proposition in the civil engineering and construction building industry. 

The addition of Bluebay, a specialist distributor of civil engineering and construction building products, to the Wolseley Infrastructure portfolio, alongside Burdens, Fusion Utilities, Jointing Tech and Continental Product Engineering will enhance the proposition in the civils market.

Bluebay will join Wolseley Infrastructure as a standalone business and retain its current management team, allowing customers to continue to benefit from Bluebay’s over 20 years of experience in the specialist civil engineering and construction building products markets.

The acquisition means that Bluebay will now be able to offer Wolseley Infrastructure customers its customer service and vast range of products, ranging from waterproofing and gas protection solutions, to concrete, reinforcement and formwork accessories.
