DPS Group acquires Oasis Software Solutions (OSS), a specialist systems integrator delivering DCS, PLC & SCADA solutions to process industries

Oasis Software Solutions (OSS), a specialist systems integrator delivering DCS, PLC & SCADA solutions to process industries, has been acquired by the DPS Group (part of RSE).

Based in Monmouth, Wales, OSS has extensive experience in the water industry. As Siemens Solution partners for PCS 7 and Industrial-Strength Networking, DPS said the acquisition of OSS would perfectly complement the group’s extensive partnerships with Siemens, Rockwell, and Schneider Electric.

Comment from Martin Brownlee, Managing Director, DPS Group:
“We’re delighted to welcome OSS to the DPS Group. Their expertise in DCS and in particular Siemens PCS 7 perfectly complements our existing strengths in automation and process control. This partnership is a natural fit and allows us to offer our clients a broader range of advanced solutions. Together, we’ll be able to deliver faster, smarter, and more secure upgrades, driving operational excellence for our customers across multiple industries.”

Neil MacDonald, Managing Director, OSS added:

“This investment by DPS will help OSS achieve our growth aims by providing access to a broader range of industries than was previously possible. OSS in turn, with our strong DCS background, expertise in the Water Industry and geographical location, will help strengthen DPS’s capability within the wider RSE Group.

“It’s a great blend of two businesses that complement each other so well, with a technical offering that provides market leading capability from Field and Plant through to Control Room and Cloud.”

Stephen Slessor, Chief Executive Officer, RSE added:

“This investment aligns perfectly with RSE’s strategy to advance our technology offering, strengthening our ability to deliver innovative, future-focused solutions while broadening our reach across the UK. I’m excited to collaborate with both the DPS and OSS teams to drive continued growth.”
