Celebrating a successful two-year partnership between Industrial Valves and Duvalco

Two years ago, Duvalco acquired Industrial Valves from the Ham Baker Group’s receivership, marking the beginning of a new partnership in the UK’s water and wastewater industries. Since then, Industrial Valves and the Industrial Penstocks and Coplastix brands have been revitalised under Duvalco’s support.

The past two years have seen Industrial Valves achieve remarkable growth, thanks to the leadership of General Manager James O’Toole and the resources and guidance from Duvalco. This strong alliance has allowed Industrial Valves to refine its portfolio, focusing closely on customer needs and delivering quality engineered solutions to clients, including significant UK water utilities through framework agreements.

Reflecting on this milestone, James O’Toole shared:

“In just 24 months, we have emerged as a renewed force, thanks to the hard work of the dedicated team in Dudley and our strategically placed Key Account Managers. Seeing the revival of the heritage brands Industrial Penstocks and Coplastix has been gratifying, and they are now once again valued in the market.  We are gearing up for the critical AMP 8 2025/30 period in the UK water industry.”
