Emerson wins twice at Instrumentation Excellence Awards

Emerson walked away with two awards at the Instrumentation Excellence Awards, which took place under the chandeliers of the Grand Connaught Rooms in London, on 24th October 2024.

The Instrumentation Excellence Awards, organised by Instrumentation Monthly publisher Datateam Business Media, celebrates the very best of professional, products, projects and companies from across the test, measurement, sensing and control sectors.

In the Product Category, Emerson’s Rosemount 3490 Controller won Flow, Level and Control Product of the Year, with the company’s Micro Motion G-Series also shortlisted. In the Business category, Emerson won Manufacturer of the Year and was also shortlisted for the Sustainability Award.

The accurate monitoring of flow and water levels is essential to ensure a sustainable and efficient management of water plants, and the Rosemount 3490 Controller has been designed with an intuitive user interface with colour LCD screen, simplified downloading and sharing of logged data over ethernet, a robust design that is unaffected by environmental conditions and the ability to setup within minutes featuring four easy-to-configure application wizards.
