SES Water welcomes new Chief Customer Officer to Executive Leadership team

SES Water has confirmed the appointment of Debra Goodwin to the role of Chief Customer Officer.

Debra joins the Executive Leadership team, following time spent in the energy industry at Centrica, during which she held a variety of commercial and operational leadership positions. More recently Debra worked as Chief Customer Officer for three years at digital advertising company Yell.

Debra’s remit will include continuing to improve and develop the customer experience, in line with SES Water’s vision to become the UK’s first truly smart water utility. She also has overall responsibility for the Company’s C-MeX score and supporting customers with additional needs or those struggling to pay their bill.

SES Water Chief Executive Officer, Ian Cain, said:
