MCS Control Systems becomes part of the Lintott brand

Galliford Try has announced that its MCS Control Systems business, a leading systems integrator to the industrial and utilities sectors, is becoming part of the existing Lintott brand.

The enlarged Lintott business will operate as part of the Environment division’s recently-created Water Technologies business stream, with a focus on advanced equipment manufacturing that yields higher profit margins and incorporates cutting-edge technology.

The MCS acquisition last year brought highly complementary capabilities to those of the Group’s existing Lintott business, which had itself been acquired as part of the nmcn water business in October 2021.

Both MCS and Lintott operations will now merge and operate under the Lintott banner bringing together both teams and their mix of products and services under the existing operational footprint. Both Coventry and Norwich facilities will continue to operate, and will importantly, share expertise and best practice, which will provide the basis for ongoing business growth and development, and providing clients with industry-defining solutions.
