Chris Walters appointed to the Ofwat Board

Ofwat has confirmed that the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has appointed Chris Walters as an executive member to Ofwat’s Board, following consultation with the Welsh Government.

Chris Walters joined Ofwat on 5 June 2023 as the Senior Director for Price Reviews. Prior to joining Ofwat he was the Director of Pricing and Costing at NHS England, which he joined in 2015. He has also held senior positions in competition watchdogs and has also worked as a management consultant.
