Northumbrian Water has appointed utilities expert Kieran Ingram as its new Water Director.
Kieran joins the Northumbrian Water Group from Thames Water, where he was director for the Thames Valley and Home Counties areas leading a team which delivered record operational performance on leakage and service interruptions.
Kieran also brings experience from BT Openreach, where he played a key leadership role in connecting and maintaining the UK’s largest broadband network.

Kieran, who is originally from the Hertfordshire area, said: “I am thrilled to be joining Northumbrian Water, a company with a strong reputation for delivering excellent water services and a deep commitment to environmental stewardship.
“It’s been great getting out meeting the teams and their passion and expertise really shine through and I’m confident we’ll achieve leading results together.
“I am looking forward to working with the team to continue driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring a resilient water supply for our customers.”
