Pennon tops FTSE Women Leaders Review for second year

Pennon has been recognised as a leading business for female representation for the second year in a row.

The FTSE Women Leaders Review is an independent report, supported by the Government, which helps Britain’s largest companies to improve the representation of Women on Boards and in Leadership positions.

Pennon, which provides drinking water and wastewater services to 3.5 million customers across the Great South West, held its leading position, achieving 1st place in the Utilities sector.

The report tracks the progress being made in breaking down barriers to progression of talented women into directorships and senior executive roles.

In terms of Women on Boards, the report revealed that 55.6% of Pennon Board members are women.
