Pennon Group appoints John Halsall as new Chief Operating Officer

Pennon Group has announced the appointment of John Halsall to the position of Chief Operating Officer.

John has been Managing Director, Southern Region at Network Rail since 2019 but has previously held positions at MWH Global and Thames Water.

Susan Davy, CEO of Pennon Group Plc, said:

“I am really pleased to announce our new Chief Operating Officer at Pennon, John Halsall.
