Invios Scientific announces rebrand to VITTA Group

Inivos Scientific Ltd, the parent company behind Edulab and Science & Chemical Supplies (SciChem), has announced a rebranding and restructuring of the business to reflect its evolution and strategic growth plans.

As of 3 January 2023, VITTA Group will consist of four core divisions and a developing brand portfolio, including:

VITTA Scientific – The industry arm of SciChem will become VITTA Scientific, operating primarily within the sectors of Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Laboratory Testing, Biotechnology, Automotive and Pharmaceutical.

VITTA Education – the educational arm of SciChem and Shaw Scientific will become VITTA Education, selling direct to consumers worldwide in the primary, secondary and higher education sectors.

Known and trusted brands such as Edulab and SciChem remain within the portfolio as key product brands available from VITTA Group, with new brands coming soon.

Outside the core market sectors, VITTA Wholesale is launching as a dedicated division to support the distribution of own-brand products to stockists and distributors globally.

VITTA Healthcare will expand the company’s reach into another life-critical industry and will cater to products used in, on and around staff, patients and visitors in hospital and healthcare settings.
