Pennon announces appointment of Susan Davy as Director of Bristol Water

Pennon Group Plc has announced today (March 9) that Susan Davy, the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has been appointed as a director of Bristol Water plc.

This follows news earlier in the week that the Competition and Markets Authority has cleared the merger of Bristol Water with South West Water.

Bristol Water Chairman Keith Ludeman said: “I am pleased to welcome Susan to the Board of Bristol Water, my fellow directors and I are looking forward to working with her.”
